At GR8 Tech we had the pleasure to work with Christiana on several occasions and most recently on a 4-month well-being program focusing on Communication, Anger & Stress Management and Mindfulness. Through this experience, we gained practical knowledge, strategies, and very useful tips and advice on how to improve mental well-being. Christiana is an excellent professional and an exceptional facilitator, very welcoming and approachable, and has a very unique way to transfer knowledge in a very relaxing, positive and inviting manner.

In the first full year of working together, our relationship has moved from suffering to bliss and communication. Within 20 minutes of our first session, Vassilis identified the root cause of our problem. Over the next 2 sessions with him, we built a robust and actionable plan for growth that we then implemented. Those actions had and continue to have an immediate effect. We are super glad we took the decision to take on Relationship Coaching!
